Public - The public category of scholarships is intended to stengthen public sector capacity in Africa. Public sector applicants are employees from various government departments and para-statals. Applications must be nominated and endorsed by the relevant nominating authority in each of the African countries.

A one-page summary of the reasons for wishing to undertake postgraduate training in Australia and how this training will benefit Rwanda
Failure to complete the application form and submit all documentation requested will lead to automatic disqualification. No undergraduate or PhD nominations will be considered.

Not applicable. However, candidates must present an official letter from the institution where they last studied, indicating that the medium of instruction was English.

Other requirements:
Applicants must have a minimum of two years' post -graduation work experience
preferably five, and possess undergraduate qualifications at a minimum of up to second class honours level ( with a minimum average academic mark of 65 per cent).
