GRM International PTY LTD (GRM)

GRM International has been contracted by AusAID to provide efficient and effective management of all aspects of the Australian Development Scholarships (ADS) Program in Africa including all ADS awardees who commenced study prior to 2004. The role of GRM includes:

Promotion of ADS to eligible candidates: In consultation with the Partner Governments, conduct targeted promotion of ADS opportunities in Africa to attract sufficient, eligible, high quality candidates to meet the objective of the Program;

Management of Application/Nomination process: To receive, record and manage ADS applications and nominations;

Short-listing, ranking and selection of candidates: In consultation with the relevant AusAID Country Posts and Partner Government's representative(s) shortlist, rank and select high quality candidates who are able to achieve the proposed Australian post-graduate qualification within the minimum time required;

Placement of awardees in Australian courses: To secure placement for awardees in an Australian course appropriate to their needs and to the identified needs of the Partner Country’s development; and

Mobilisation and award status management: To provide administrative support to awardees (including assistance with entry visas in specified cases) and accompanying families during mobilisation and manage changes in award status.
