The objective of ADS in southern and eastern Africa is, through the provision of postgraduate (graduate diploma and masters degree) academic scholarships, to assist nationals of targeted countries to acquire relevant knowledge, skills and qualifications so that they can facilitate capacity building in priority development areas consistent with Australia's Africa Program Strategy.
